* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1139 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms had
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain had fallen. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Babcock State Park, Northfork, Shady Spring, Daniels, Beaver,
Stanaford, Piney View, Coal City, Meadow Bridge, Keystone,
Anawalt, Ghent, Josephine, Herndon and Maybeury.
