* At 957 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy downpours and
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 6 hours.
Rainfall rate of 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour are likely. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area
through 1pm. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
