* WHERE...Devils River at Bakers Crossing 19N Of Comstock.

* IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, (1.8 meters), Minor lowland flooding extends
into low areas of the flood plain with no significant impact.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 2.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
evening to a crest of 6.2 feet late this evening. It will then
