NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued October 13 at 7:48PM CDT until October 13 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

At 748 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Missouri City, or 6 miles southwest of Excelsior
Springs, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Excelsior Springs, Mosby and Prathersville.
