NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued October 10 at 5:35PM EDT until October 10 at 5:45PM EDT by NWS Columbia SC

At 534 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Savannah River Site, moving north at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
west central Barnwell and south central Aiken Counties, including the
following locations... Savannah River Site K Complex.
