NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued October 10 at 10:16AM EDT until October 10 at 10:45AM EDT by NWS Wilmington NC

At 1016 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Winyah Bay Entrance, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Georgetown and DeBordieu Colony.
