* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Turkey Creek near De Witt.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water begins to overtop Blueridge Drive and
likely many county roads along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.6 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 6:45 PM CDT Sunday was 25.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.7 feet
tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 23.5 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 25.6
