* WHERE...Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy
County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.
* WHEN...From Friday morning to Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 58 as well as Fletcher
Ave and Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. Water also affects
Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. At 16.0
feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some residential
evacuations may occur.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
