* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Jewell County in north central Kansas...

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 900 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
that much of the Warning area had picked up at least 2-4 inches
of rain in the last few hours. Some flooding of several rural
roads is likely. Area creeks and rivers will also experience at
least significant within-bank rises, and mainly minor flooding of
main rivers is also possible. At least portions of the Warning
area could receive at least another 1-2 inches of rain tonight
before rain moves out or becomes much lighter, and at least some
lighter rain could also fall during the day Thursday before rain
completely ends for several days.
