* IMPACTS...Flooding of Rule Creek, additional small streams, and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be
passable.

- At 908 AM MDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area.
