Northwestern Jackson County in northeastern Kansas...
Southeastern Nemaha County in northeastern Kansas...
Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas...
Southern Riley County in northeastern Kansas...

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 442 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to storms. Flooding is already occurring in the
warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen today
alone.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch is possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Manhattan, Junction City, Wamego, Westmoreland, Ogden, Onaga, St.
George, Milford, Louisville, Circleville, Corning, Soldier,
Havensville, Wheaton, Tuttle Creek Lake, Keats and Milford Lake.
