NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued September 30 at 5:57PM CDT until September 30 at 6:15PM CDT by NWS Wichita KS

At 557 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles north of Dorrance, or 8 miles northwest of
Wilson, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Lincoln and east central Russell Counties, including the
following locations... Wilson State Park, Wilson Lake, and Bunker
Hill.

This includes Interstate 70 between Mile Markers 192 and 203.
