NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued September 29 at 8:49PM CDT until September 29 at 9:15PM CDT by NWS Amarillo TX

At 848 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Buffalo Lake, or 12 miles southwest of Canyon,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
