* WHERE...Northwestern Grant County in southwestern New Mexico...

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and
may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing
water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 617 PM MDT, Moderate to briefly heavy rainfall continues to
affect the area. Expect flooding in low water crossings and poor
drainage areas to continue.
