* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 925 AM MST, gauge reports indicated continued flow in washes
from earlier rainfall that may result in some low water crossings
being impassable.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Phoenix, Peoria, New River, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem and
Seven Springs.
