* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or
occurring. Roads are closed and impassable due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 200 PM MST, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area, with Highway 73 closed between Carrizo and Cedar
Creek. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
North Fork White River and Bear Canyon. Additional rainfall
amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
