* Until 1045 PM MDT Tuesday.
* At 444 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area where soils are already saturated due to earlier rainfall.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area through 6 PM MDT. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
