Central Kane County in southern Utah...

* Until 515 AM MDT.

* At 353 AM MDT, the river gauge at US-89 on the Paria River reported
high flows around 1400 cfs continuing to flow down the Paria River.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, and slickrock areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
The Paria River downstream to the Arizona border and Wahweap Creek
downstream to Lake Powell.

This includes US Route 89 between mile markers 2 and 12...and between
mile markers 18 and 22.
