The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 430 PM MST.
* At 1037 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Sells, Drexel Heights, Three Points, Topawa, San Miguel, San
Isidro, Kitt Peak, Tucson Estates, Valencia West, Tucson Mountain
Park, Saguaro National Park West, Ali Chukson, Gu Oidak, Vamori,
South Komelik, Cowlic, Fresnal and San Pedro.
This includes the following highways...
Route 86 between mile markers 113 and 167. Route 286 between mile
markers 17 and 45.
This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations...
Manville Rd at Brawley Wash, Indian Route 19 south of Topawa and
Indian Route 20 at Cowlic.
