NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 29 at 1:47PM MST until September 29 at 2:30PM MST by NWS Tucson AZ

At 147 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3
inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Peridot, Aravaipa Canyon Wilderness, Bylas, Klondyke, Calva and San
Carlos Reservoir.

This includes Route 70 between mile markers 272 and 297.
