* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Forest land inundated near the river in
Gurnee.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:30 AM CDT Monday was 7.6 feet.
