NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 28 at 4:38PM PDT until September 28 at 7:15PM PDT by NWS Las Vegas NV

At 438 PM MST, Thunderstorms with heavy rain continue near South Cove
and Meadview. A rain gage at Grapevine Mesa south of Meadview
reported over 1 inch of rainfall in 30 minutes. Between 0.5 and 1
inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
