NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 28 at 4:35PM MDT until September 28 at 5:30PM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

At 435 PM MDT, A second round of thunderstorms is heading towards the
Dona Ana and Hill area. This will result in additional flooding on
low water crossings along Del Rey Boulevard and La Reina Road, and
low spots near the community of Hill.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Leasburg, Radium Springs, Dona Ana and Hill.
