NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued September 28 at 4:33PM MDT until September 28 at 5:15PM MDT by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

At 433 PM MDT, While heavy rain has ended for now, run off will
continue to cause flooding in several low water crossings along
Highway 185 between Hatch and Radium Springs. At 354 PM, the public
shared photos of dangerous flooding on Bignell Arroyo near mile
marker 28, rendering Highway 185 impassable.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
