north winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 11 to
16 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE
out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick
Island DE out 20 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EDT this evening. For
the Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
