continues.
* WHERE...Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio...
Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio...
* WHEN...Until noon EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain
closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with
water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 922 PM EDT, local law enforcement numerous roadways that were
flooded across the warned area. The Raccoon Creek gauge at
Adamsville remains above the minor flood stage of 21 feet.

Rio Grande, Vinton, Wilkesville, Adamsville, and Radcliffe.
