* WHERE...Calhoun County in north central West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 911 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roadways
across the warned area. The Little Kanawha River gauge at
Grantsville has risen above action stage, or 34 feet, and
continues to rise.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grantsville, Arnoldsburg, Mount Zion, Millstone, Orma,
Annamoriah, Big Springs, and Nicut.
