NWS / NOAA weather: Coastal Flood Warning issued September 25 at 11:25AM AKDT until September 26 at 4:00AM AKDT by NWS Anchorage AK

* WHAT...Water levels on average of 0.6 to 1.6 feet above the
normal highest tide line. Southeast winds becoming south winds
25 to 35 mph with gusts to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast including Kwigillingok and
Kipnuk.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Coastal flooding of low lying areas and erosion are
possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant moderate-to-major flood impacts
are no longer expected. Minor flood impacts remain expected for
the highlighted areas of Kwigillingok and Kipnuk. There will be
multiple peaks in water levels for the Kuskokwim Delta this
morning through Saturday morning coinciding with high tide
cycles and strong southerly winds. Winds gradually weaken but
remain southerly through Saturday.
