* WHERE...Kaiwi Channel, Maui County Windward Waters and Maui
County Leeward Waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Friday. For
the Tropical Storm Watch, beginning at 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
