north winds 35 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt possible and
seas 13 to 18 ft possible.

* WHERE...Waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chintoteague VA from
20 to 60 NM and Waters from Chincoteague VA to Parramore
Island VA from 20 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 1 PM EDT Friday. For the
Storm Watch, from Friday afternoon through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize or
damage vessels and reduce visibility.
