35 kt and seas 12 to 18 feet.

* WHERE...Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big
Island Southeast Waters.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM HST Friday. For
the Hurricane Watch, beginning at 6 AM HST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
