* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, flooding of agricultural land is ongoing.
Several county roads are under water and closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.9 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
