* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Southeastern Lincoln County in central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Rivers continue
to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 356 PM MDT, heavy rainfall near Lincoln will cause rapid rises
on the Rio Hondo and Rio Bonito. Low water crossings and US
Highway 380 will be impacted from Lincoln to the Chaves County
border.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
