The Flood Warning will expire at 115 AM EDT early this morning for a
portion of southern West Virginia, including the following counties,
Boone, Lincoln and Logan.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
