* IMPACTS...Significant flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and
other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Numerous roads still remain closed due to significant flooding.

- At 817 PM EDT, Department of highways reported numerous roads
that were flooded in the warned area due to heavy rain from
earlier thunderstorms. Significant flooding is ongoing.

Athens, Pomeroy, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State Park,
Mason, Tuppers Plains, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, Hartford
