* At 426 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated earlier thunderstorms that
produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches
of rain have fallen. Additional thunderstorms may affect the warned
area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
