* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 921 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional light rainfall will continue across
the warned area.

Summersville, Richwood, Marlinton, Clay, Webster Springs, Cass
Scenic Railroad, Green Bank, Addison (Webster Springs),
Camden-On-gauley, Camden On Gauley, Craigsville, Snowshoe, Glen,
Mingo, Cowen, Durbin, Hillsboro, Bergoo, Upper Glade, and Waneta.
