* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Eastern Belmont County in east central Ohio...
Southeastern Jefferson OH County in east central Ohio...
West Central Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
Brooke County in northern West Virginia...
Ohio County in northern West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or
standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 540 PM EDT, emergency management reported many area roadways
were still closed with most area creeks out of their banks near
the Bethany area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wheeling, Martins Ferry, Warwood, Wellsburg, West Liberty,
Triadelphia, Clearview, Valley Grove, Tiltonsville, Bridgeport,
Yorkville, Bethany, Franklin, Beech Bottom, Brilliant, Windsor
Heights, Rayland and West Alexander.
