- At 339 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated light rain across the
warned area along with steadily rising creek levels indicated by
gauges close to the Ohio River. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5
and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville, Freeport, Newcomerstown,
Bridgeport, Antrim, Flushing, Adena, Dillonvale, Brookside, Port
