* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 324 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rainfall had ended across
the warned area. Earlier, emergency management reported several
instances of flooding across the warned area. Flooding is
ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Washington, Canonsburg, Avella, Wolfdale, McGovern, Bentleyville,
East Washington, New Eagle, Baidland, Houston, Ellsworth,
Claysville, Deemston, Eighty Four, Cokeburg, Hickory, Beallsville
and West Alexander.
