30 to 50 kt with gusts up to 60 kt tonight. Seas 15 to 27 feet.
Winds and seas will decrease tomorrow.

* WHERE...Kauai Windward Waters, Kauai Channel, Oahu Windward
Waters and Oahu Leeward Waters.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
