NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued September 6 at 7:43PM CDT until September 6 at 8:00PM CDT by NWS Bismarck ND

At 743 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles northeast of Theodore Roosevelt National Park
North Unit, or 12 miles southeast of Watford City, moving east at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of Southeastern McKenzie County.
