* WHAT...Tropical Storm conditions expected Monday. Tonight winds
up to 25 kt and seas up to 10 feet. Developing conditions Monday
with winds increasing to 35 to 55 kt with gusts up to 75 kt and
seas 20 to 30 feet.
* WHERE...Kauai Northwest Waters, Kauai Windward Waters and
Kauai Leeward Waters.
* WHEN...Through Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Extremely strong winds will cause hazardous seas
which will likely capsize or damage vessels and severely
reduce visibility.
