NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued August 31 at 3:46PM MST until August 31 at 6:45PM MST by NWS Phoenix AZ

At 346 PM MST, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area with a swift water rescue
along Bouse Wash and Joshua Drive in Bouse. Between 2 and 2.5 inches
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
