* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...South Central Carbon County in central Utah...
Northwestern Emery County in central Utah...
Southeastern Sanpete County in central Utah...

* WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 418 PM MDT, emergency management reported high flows on
Cottonwood Creek from heavy rainfall, with water approaching the
bridge on Main Street in Orangeville. Flooding is also occurring
in Welcome Park in Orangeville. Up to 2 inches of rain has fallen
according to radar estimates, with the most rainfall updrainage
from Castle Dale and Huntington.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntington, Wellington, Sunnyside, Clawson, Castle Dale, Ferron,
Orangeville, East Carbon, Cleveland and Elmo.
