NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued August 29 at 4:21PM MST until August 29 at 6:00PM MST by NWS Flagstaff AZ

At 421 PM MST, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain and flash flooding across the warned area. Between 0.75
and 1.25 inches of rain in 30 minutes was estimated by radar earlier.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams and
normally dry washes.

Pima Point, Hermit's Rest, Monument Creek Vista, Hopi Point,
Maricopa Point, South Rim Visitors Center, Pipe Creek Resthouse,
Pipe Creek Vista, Yaki Point, Grand Canyon Village, Plateau Point,
South Rim, Devil?s Corkscrew and Skeleton Point.

This includes the Colorado River between river miles 85 and 87...and
between river miles 90 and 98.
