South Central Sullivan County in north central Pennsylvania...

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. This areal
flood warning replaces the earlier flash flood warning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1015 PM EDT, Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hughesville, Muncy Valley, Lairdsville and Picture Rocks.
