NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued August 27 at 7:23PM MDT until August 27 at 8:30PM MDT by NWS Pueblo CO

At 723 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that the rain has ended over
the Walsenburg area. However, high water and ponding of water is
still likely ongoing in and around the Walsenburg region. Do not
drive where water covers the road. Obey and roadway closures.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
