.Recent heavy rainfall is resulting in continued slow rises on the
Wabash River. At New Harmony, the river will crest O.7 feet above
flood stage Friday, then fall below flood stage early Sunday.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River at New Harmony.

* WHEN...Until Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.7 feet
early Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
