NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued August 25 at 4:31PM CDT until August 25 at 5:00PM CDT by NWS Duluth MN

At 431 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Toivola, or 20 miles southeast of Hibbing, moving
east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Locations impacted include...
Cotton, Kelsey, Nichols Lake, and Payne.
